The companies that win in this new environment are going to be the ones that understand the customer experience the best. In order to tell the customer experience, one must have a deep understanding of the customer journey.</p>\n<p>Reporting to the Vice President, Customer Experience, this exciting role encompasses the design and creation of powerful narratives on key sectors targeted toward clients. The position is responsible for developing content for a sector/sectors that will leverage inputs from a global team of Analysts and Consultants across Frost &amp; Sullivan’s operations. Content created will then be leveraged for targeted marketing campaigns, social media, and account-based marketing. You will be required to demonstrate strong writing, analytical and stakeholder management skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create powerful narratives by sector/sectors to enable effective marketing communication</li>\n<li>Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to secure relevant information sufficient for creating these narratives</li>\n<li>Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are met</li>\n<li>Develop excellent quality content</li>\n<li>Work with a global team of experts who will be collaborating together to create a very powerful customer experience over time, over channels, and through all types of perspectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Competencies</span></p>\n<p>We’re looking for candidates who -</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are motivated individuals with excellent communication &amp; writing skills</li>\n<li>Are exceptional marketing and customer experience executives</li>\n<li>Are keen to pursue a career in communications and customer experience</li>\n<li>Have the ability to tell an engaging story about the disruption, collapse and transformation of any industry</li>\n<li>Have an in-depth understanding of what the customer journey and the customer value chain mean</li>\n<li>Have expertise in understanding the role of public relations, press releases, email, website, social media, and other marketing assets to tell the story</li>\n<li>Have prior experience in marcomm, journalism, internal/marketing communications within the research or consulting industry</li>\n<li>Have a post-graduate in journalism or communications with at least 7-10 yearsof experience.
