We are looking for someone with availability to work our evening shift of 3pm-6pm in the Toms River, NJ area. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What to Expect as a per diem Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At NeurAbilities Healthcare, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting behavior assessments and developing individualized intervention plans to correct, maintain, or improve certain behaviors.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will bring to the team as a per diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).</li>\n<li>Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s).</li>\n<li>1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD.</li>\n<li>Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments.</li>\n<li>Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do as a per diem Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (including Functional Behavior Assessments) and skills assessments</li>\n<li>Write comprehensive initial and ongoing behavior and skills assessment reports, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in line with BACB, insurance, and organizational standards.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and ABA therapy programs, while monitoring progress through supervision, data analysis and caregiver input.</li>\n<li>Provide consultation, training, and supervision to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff, maintaining BACB supervision standards.</li>\n<li>Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA Therapists in accordance with BACB standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions and Physical Demands:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estimated 50% travel, dependent on need.
