They are responsible for daily operations of picking, shipping, packing orders and fulfillment activities for SCT&rsquo;s Direct Fulfillment operation.</strong></p><p><br><strong><u>Secondary Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Order Processing: Accurately process and review direct-ship orders received from customers, ensuring all necessary information is complete and correct in our internal ERP system.</li><li>Order Picking: Efficiently pick and pack products for direct-ship orders, ensuring the correct items are selected. Use order picking systems and equipment to streamline the process and maintain the highest level of order accuracy.</li><li>Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels of products available for direct shipping, ensuring timely replenishment to meet demand.</li><li>Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with our parcel partners to schedule pickups and deliveries, ensuring prompt and reliable transportation of orders to customers.</li><li>Quality Control: Perform thorough quality checks on outgoing direct-ship orders, ensuring products meet Southern Champion Tray&#39;s high-quality standards before shipment.</li><li>Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal teams to find solutions.</li><li>Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the direct-ship fulfillment workflow and collaborate with relevant teams to implement efficient solutions.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of direct-ship orders, tracking information, and related documentation for future reference and scaling strategy purposes.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and guidelines, both at the national and international levels, to facilitate smooth and legal transportation of products.</li><li>Packing: Demonstrate the ability to efficiently pack products for shipment, including in the primary packaging.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications&nbsp;<br></u></strong></p><ul><li>Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including ERP systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Knowledge of sustainable packaging practices and materials is advantageous.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in direct-ship fulfillment, logistics, or a related field.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;As a E-commerce Operations Specialist at Southern Champion Tray, you will contribute significantly to our commitment to customer satisfaction and sustainability by ensuring accurate and efficient direct-ship order processing.
