In this strategic leadership role, you will be the operational and financial backbone of a regional business unit, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and workforce excellence. This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated professional ready to make a meaningful difference in the energy infrastructure sector.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary Range for this role will be: $170,000 - $190,000, based on experience </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Financial & Business Operations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee all business unit financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting to ensure targets are met or exceeded</li>\n <li>Analyze financial performance data and present actionable insights to senior leadership on a regular basis</li>\n <li>Monitor project margins, overhead, and labor utilization to identify opportunities for improvement</li>\n <li>Manage accounts receivable, billing processes, and coordinate with corporate finance on cash flow and reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Leadership</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Project Managers and field superintendents to ensure projects are executed on schedule, on budget, and in compliance with safety standards</li>\n <li>Develop and implement operational policies, workflows, and best practices that improve efficiency across the business unit</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated operational issues, facilitating resolution with internal teams and external stakeholders</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>People & Culture</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of administrative, operational, and support personnel</li>\n <li>Collaborate with HR on talent acquisition, on-boarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives</li>\n <li>Champion PAR's culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the business unit</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Growth</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials</li>\n <li>Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities including new markets, partnerships, and service expansion</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to reinforce PAR's reputation and competitive position</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field; MBA preferred</li>\n <li>7+ years of progressive experience in business management, operations, or a similar leadership role</li>\n <li>Background in electrical construction, utility contracting, or the energy sector is highly desirable</li>\n <li>Demonstrated track record of managing P&L responsibility and delivering financial results</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills — capable of presenting complex information clearly to executive, operational, and client audiences</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP, project management, or financial systems a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment</li>\n <li>High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to PAR's values of Safety, Quality, and Excellence</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Get</h2>\n<p>PAR offers a comprehensive benefits package including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>100% employer-paid health care benefits (medical, dental, and vision) for you and your dependents</li>\n <li>100% employer-paid basic life insurance</li>\n <li>100% employer-paid disability benefits</li>\n <li>401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (sick and vacation)</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Tuition Assistance</li>\n <li>Wellness and Mental Health Programs</li>\n <li>Learning and Development Programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
