Their core purpose is to maintain the store operations in order to facilitate a seamless customer experience. An Operations Supervisor plays a key role in supporting company and management initiatives/direction while ensuing adherence to the policies and procedures as outlined by the organization. </p><p>The Operations Supervisor base pay ranges from $20-$22<strong> hourly.</strong>  </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong> </p><ul><li>Partner with the Operations Supervisor and Store Management to ensure positive brand representation as portrayed through product, store maintenance, and customer service. </li><li>Supervise with inventory and stock management </li><li>Ensure maximization of storage and capacity in all product and supply categories</li><li>Manage investigation and rectification of inventory discrepancies</li><li>Lead the achievement of low inventory shrink and high inventory accuracy by ensuring consistent execution at all inventory touchpoints: receiving, transfers, RTV, sales, and cycle counts</li><li>Ensure timely and consistent communication and follow up for all store maintenance issues</li><li>Serve as store expert in core operational systems, educate store staff and troubleshoot technology issues in partnership with the corporate IT Team</li><li>Work with the sales team to provide exemplary customer service: Assist with POS, customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations processes</li><li>Have proper understanding of BOH/FOH IT systems, including POS transaction</li><li>Lead Sales Support team execution of store initiatives </li><li>Provide training and direction to direct reports, peers, and management</li><li>Partner with store management to resolve customer service issues </li><li>Manage customer repairs, dry-cleaning, and alterations programs </li><li>Meet store and metric goals </li><li>Ensure brand mission is brought to life and introduced to everyone that walks into our store</li><li>Maintain a knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures</li><li>Consistently act within the core values of rag & bone</li><li>Identify opportunities to support the team in delivering best in class customer service through extensive product knowledge and operational ownership </li><li>Contribute to a positive, fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented store atmosphere  </li></ul><p><strong>Rules we live by</strong> | Rules you live by  </p><ul><li><strong>The Customer Rules</strong> – 2-4 years of prior work experience in a retail stock, logistics, operations, or management position </li><li><strong>Be a Good Human</strong> - Be original, be authentic </li><li><strong>Have No Fear</strong> - Innovate, solve problems<strong> </strong></li><li><strong>Own Every Decision</strong> - Work together, get results</li><li><strong>Quality Matters</strong> - Be disciplined, be competitive<strong> </strong></li><li><strong>Make S**t Happen</strong> </li></ul><p><strong>Availability Requirements</strong> </p><p>The Operations Supervisor role is full-time and requires 32-40 hours per week.  </p><p><strong>Benefits </strong> </p><ul><li>Clothing Allowance  </li><li>Generous Employee Discount </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Medical, dental, vision and ancillary benefits </li><li>Membership to Calm and access to other wellness benefits</li><li>401k</li><li>Paid Parental Leave </li></ul><p><em>rag & bone is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer.
