    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Title: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Gallon Filler Operator</p><p>Classification/Job Grade: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Hourly</p><p>Location: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Sioux Falls, SD</p><p>Department: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Production</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Be familiar with the operational aspects of all filling machines and cleaning those&nbsp;</li><li>machines.</li><li>Be efficient in minimizing down time of machinery.</li><li>Follow established practices for the cleaning of the work area.</li><li>Monitor product quality to ensure problems are caught early.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain communication with co-workers to co-ordinate run schedules.</li><li>Complete all duties in a manner that is consistent with all aspects of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).</li><li>Overtime will be required as needed to fulfill bottling needs.</li><li>Understand and perform all the established quality assurance tests utilized in the lab.</li><li>Order and receive packaging and ingredients.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain open communications with Utility People, Receiving, Processing, Filling and Blow Mold operators.</li><li>Complete all duties in a manner that is consistent with all aspects of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), State and Federal regulations and company/plant safety policies.</li><li>Display a high level of professionalism.</li><li>A proven attendance / reliability record</li><li>Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Education, Experience and Training &ndash; a high school diploma or its equivalent are needed. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility &ndash; must be available to work flexible schedules with changing start times when needed.</li><li>Attitude &ndash; must be customer service oriented.</li><li>Dependability &ndash; must have a good attendance record.</li><li>Solid understanding of GMP, and state/ federal regulations and practices.</li><li>The ability to work well with others.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Stand, walk, kneel and bend - this position will require standing/walking for Virtually the entire shift. &nbsp;</li><li>Lift, carry, push and pull - these activities are done in all aspects of this job with lifting weight limits up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Physical dexterity - good manual dexterity is required.</li><li>Climbing, Balance and Heights &ndash; Some work on ladders is required.</li><li>Communication skills - good communication skills are required to deal effectively with co-workers. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>MENTAL APTITUDE:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be safety conscious</li><li>Team player</li><li>Must be flexible to changes</li><li>Decision-maker and performance oriented</li><li>Problem solving</li><li>Must work within strict operating standards to meet Prairie Farms, state and federal guidelines.</li><li>Basic mathematical skills</li></ul><p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Hard and sometimes slippery floors</li><li>Temperature range from 50 to 100 degrees F.</li><li>Noisy</li><li>Wet environment at times.</li><li>Exposure to allergens&nbsp;</li><li>Cleaning chemicals</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Personal protective equipment required includes bump cap, hearing protection, and rubber boots.
