    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.7.18/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.7.18/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Summary of Job Description:</strong></p><p>Incumbent provides transportation and assistance to identified tribal groups in a Tribal Government vehicle to and from various locations and ensures vehicles are properly maintained.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Strong demonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills&nbsp;</li><li>Child Passenger Safety training certification required (will train)</li><li>First Aid &amp; CPR certifications required (will train)&nbsp;</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Current State of Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicle CDL and Public Service licenses</li><li>Ability to lift 30 pounds and assist passengers in and out of vehicles</li><li>Familiarity with computers; ability to maintain written records and logs</li><li>Selected candidate must pass the background check and continue to be eligible for employment in accordance with The Mohegan Tribe&rsquo;s Indian Child and Family Violence Prevention Policy&nbsp;</li><li>Selected candidate must successfully complete a State of CT and Federal DOT motor vehicle background check and must continue to maintain licensing requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Must comply with the Mohegan Tribe&rsquo;s Drug Free Workplace/Employee Drug &amp; Alcohol Testing Policy (Policy #83)&nbsp;</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age (DOT requirement)&nbsp;</li><li>Selected candidate must meet and continue to meet all DOT Driver Qualifications and Regulatory Requirements</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong id=\"isPasted\">The Mohegan Tribal Government is committed to Native American Preference and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</strong></p></div></div></div>\n",
