    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.49.19/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">Custom Truck One Source is seeking a motivated, customer-focused <strong>Service Technician</strong> to join our team in Casa Grande AZ!</p><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div style=\"font-family:'Segoe UI';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;line-height:20px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><p>CTOS operates 40+ locations across the U.S. and Canada, designing, selling, renting, and servicing trucks and heavy equipment for utility, telecom, construction, and rail industries.</p><p><strong>We power the people who strengthen our nation&rsquo;s infrastructure.</strong></p></div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Hiring Mechanic / Technician with experience performing maintenance and repair on truck-mounted utility equipment such as Boom, Bucket, Diggers, Dump, Service, Forestry, Aerial cranes and other truck mounted equipment.</span></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Technicians work on diesel, chassis, drive train, suspension, hydraulics, diagnostics, electrical.</strong></li><li><strong>Software diagnostics such as Bendix, Wabco, Cummins Insite, and Nexiq Diagnostic Link</strong></li><li>5:00am-2:00pm, Monday to Friday, Day - shift, with overtime as needed, limited Saturdays.</li><li>CTOS offers competitive pay based on experience, healthcare, 401K match, Vacation, Sick and Holiday pay, tool bonus &amp; discount, Service Technician training program and more.</li></ul><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged / worn parts on a variety of vocational / utility trucks &amp; equipment.</li><li>Provide repair and maintenance to medium / heavy duty trucks, and background in hydraulics and electrical is a plus.</li><li>Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged or worn parts for a variety of manufacturers of utility equipment to ensure quality standards are achieved.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accurate records of parts, services and labor to track costs so vehicles can be properly priced and reflect the value of quality offered by the company.</li><li>Submit all work/repair orders as required to a supervisor for approval to ensure budgets are maintained and costs of vehicle repairs accurately reflected.</li><li>Perform all duties in accordance with best practices for a safe work environment.</li><li>Attend monthly safety meetings held by Custom Truck One Source.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>3 years plus experience with utility truck equipment, diesel, medium or heavy truck, or related equipment.</li><li>Hydraulics, Electrical, Drive Train, Suspension</li><li>Software diagnostics such as Bendix, Wabco, Cummins Insite, and Nexiq Diagnostic Link</li><li>Computer skills and ability to document repair activity.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or the equivalent</li><li>Vocational Technical School or Military Wheeled Mechanic or related training</li><li>Must hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license.
