You&rsquo;ll:</p><ul><li>Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems to identify issues.</li><li>Perform repairs, adjustments, and alignments using precision tools.</li><li>Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance on mill equipment.</li><li>Fabricate parts and perform welding as needed.</li><li>Communicate with operators and planning teams to coordinate repairs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts used, and time spent.</li><li>Uphold strict safety standards and participate in company-wide safety programs.</li></ul><hr><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Install, maintain, and repair mechanical systems and components on plant machinery.</li><li>Observe equipment in operation to locate causes of trouble and develop repair plans.</li><li>Adjust and align machinery using hand tools and measuring devices.</li><li>Start and operate equipment to test performance after repairs.</li><li>Perform mechanical preventative and predictive maintenance duties.</li><li>Cut, weld, and fabricate metal parts using various processes.</li><li>Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic problems and assist with repairs.</li><li>Replace shafts, sprockets, bearings, chains, and belts as needed.</li><li>Submit work requests, order parts, and close work orders with detailed documentation.</li><li>Comply with PPE and lock-out safety requirements.</li></ul><hr><h4><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></h4><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Three years of Millwright experience <strong>or</strong> a two-year Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.</li><li>Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Strong commitment to safety and excellent attendance record.</li><li>Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and work in noisy environments.</li><li>Ability to climb stairs/ladders and work from elevated positions.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Welding and fabrication experience.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.</li><li>Familiarity with preventative and predictive maintenance practices.</li></ul><hr><h4><strong>Ready to Apply?</strong></h4><p>If you&rsquo;re passionate about keeping operations running smoothly and ready to grow your career in industrial maintenance, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
