          "text": "<p><strong><u>POSITION TITLE:</u></strong>&#xa0;Project Manager</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>REPORTS TO</u></strong>: Director, Project Management</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within ETO AME organization, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, according to contract specifications, and meet the required quality standards.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>Main focal point for customer to our company for the project.&#xa0; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, define project scopes, allocate resources, and track project progress.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, resolving issues, and communicating project updates to stakeholders at all levels.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Review technical and commercial information of the project assigned to ensure understanding of scope of project.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Schedule internal kick off meetings. Ensure that every team member is aware and knowledgeable of project targets and how they will be accomplished.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Formulate project execution plan with input from Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality and Install Subcontractors, monitor for compliance, and take action to correct any plan deficiencies.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Ensure the project is planned, controlled, and managed according to the Konecranes procedures &amp; best practices to have controlled process from the beginning to the end of the process.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Financial reporting, invoice triggering and any financial instruments applicable.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Administers Contract scope and Change Orders</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Establish and maintain job files.&#xa0; Ensure records are accurate and ERP System is up to date and any given time.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Coordinate the shipment of crane to job site– coordinate with installer and customer. Ensure subcontractor has sufficient information to complete installation.&#xa0; If necessary, arrange site visit with subcontractor prior to installation.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Arrange start up and commissioning of equipment with appropriate service group.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></li></ul><ul><li>Post secondary degree or diploma from a college, or PMP certification is preferred.&#xa0; Previous Project Management experience is required.&#xa0;</li><li>Experience with overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning; or related similar construction experience is required.&#xa0; Applicant must be familiar with transportation of heavy machinery, installation and installation practices (including basic rigging requirements), installation equipment (mobile cranes, personnel lifts, fork lifts, etc.), jobsite scheduling of multiple trades, and jobsite safety.</li><li>Must have demonstrated leadership experience and well developed “people” skills. Applicant will interface with all levels of supplier and customer management and must be able to communicate effectively to all.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li>Ability to efficiently handle and administer multiple tasks on concurrently running projects, and experience in problem solving and conflict resolution.</li><li>Advanced PC skills, including MS Project, MS Office, and other ERP systems.</li><li>Must have strong technical aptitude and a desire to fully understand our products and processes</li></ul>",
