&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\" id=\"isPasted\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Attends and completes any/all required trainings, which includes onboarding and ongoing training opportunities; These trainings may take place during normal working hours or before or after a scheduled shift</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Works towards, achieves and maintains RBT certification<ol style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Completes 40-hours of BACB-approved RBT training by the provided due date</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Demonstrates skills per the BACB at the end of a 4- week initial training period</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Consistently demonstrates treatment fidelity checklist scores of 80% or better during role-play or in-session observations with clients</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Applies and passes the BACB RBT exam within the first three attempts (within 90 days of employment)</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Receives at least 5% supervision for by assigned (approved) BCBAs during therapy sessions</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Completes activities associated with RBT renewal prior to expiry date</li></ol></li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Maintains provided availability regarding work schedule and attendance</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Provides ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA which includes comprehension of teaching instructions, necessary stimuli, reinforcement strategies, and any other information necessary to successfully implement programming<ol style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Gains and maintains a therapeutic rapport and relationship with clients and client families</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">R/BT will be required to demonstrate an understanding of behavior analytic teaching procedures including but not limited to, incidental teaching, natural environment teaching (NET), functional communication training, discrete trial training and chaining.</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">R/BT will be required to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of reinforcement<ul style=\"list-style-type: square; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">R/BT will conduct preference assessments and reinforcer assessments</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">R/BT will be required to use designated prompting strategies and will fade prompts using designated strategies</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Only use empirically supported ABA clinical practices that fall within their scope of competence</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Implements skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Assists with assessments as directed by their BCBA, as needed</li></ol></li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Accurately collects data on client goals and objectives as outlined in the treatment or behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA or Level 1 Clinician. &nbsp; Data is to be collected in real time, avoiding recollection of client performance outside of session or after a significant time delay</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Creates session notes that document important client session information using the organization&rsquo;s electronic medical record platform. &nbsp;Session notes should be completed and converted on the same day as the therapy appointment, but no more than 24 hours after the completion of the appointment</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Adjusts behavior accordingly to supervisor feedback</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Maintains professional appearance and attitude, including but not limited to acting in accordance with organizational core values, organizational dress codes, and demonstration of open and honest communication with supervisor</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Maintains professional boundaries, as outlined by the BACB, with clients and client families</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Assumes the responsibility of a mandated reporter concerning incidents of alleged abuse and neglect, as outlined by state guidelines and in accordance with the organization&rsquo;s policies</li><li style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Performs all other assigned duties as required</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;
