    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><div id=\"isPasted\"><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 30px;\">Day Shift Chemical Flaking Stand-up Forklift Operator</span></u></strong></p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><hr><p>Reporting directly to the Flaking Supervisor, the Chemical Flaking Stand-up Forklift Operator 1 is responsible for performing all required duties and operating all necessary equipment to ensure the continuous and effective operation of the Flaking department in order to meet stated production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><hr><p data-pm-slice=\"1 3 []\"><strong>Schedule:</strong> 2-2-3 Rotation (Work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, repeat)<br><em>This schedule includes working every other weekend.</em></p><p><strong><u>POSITION REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</u>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education, Credentials, Licenses: &nbsp;</strong></p></span><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">A High School Diploma, GED, or earning within a designated period of time following date of hire.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Kind &amp; Length of Experience: &nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">1 year of stand-up forklift experience is required; 2+ years preferred</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">1 year of continuous work history with a company required; 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Physical Requirements: &nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Able to work in ambient temperatures (high and low); &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Able to work a 12-hour shift with rotating schedule; &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Able to change elevation using ramps, stairs, and ladders; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Able to stand and walk for extended periods (e.g., greater than one hour);
