Coordination</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead BIM and VDC operations for electrical construction projects</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure all BIM Modelers follow project BIM Execution Plans</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage BIM workflows, standards, file structure, and documentation</span></li>\n<li><span>Support project teams in understanding and utilizing BIM models effectively</span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other trades</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span>Modeling &amp;
