You’ll work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to meet the highest sanitation and safety standards.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, train, and coach the Sanitation Team</li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with FDA, SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards</li>\n<li>Develop and improve sanitation procedures and work standards</li>\n<li>Oversee cleaning, inspections, and documentation</li>\n<li>Manage sanitation supplies, chemicals, and budget</li>\n<li>Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>What We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience managing sanitation in a food manufacturing environment</li>\n<li>Knowledge of food safety systems (SQF, FSMA, GMPs, HACCP)</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills</li>\n<li>Mechanical aptitude and ability to work cross-functionally</li>\n<li>Tech-savvy and adaptable to changing priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span><br>Master’s in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience considered.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule:</span><br>Primarily 3 PM – 12 AM, Monday–Friday; flexibility weekends as needed.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary range <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$105,000–$130,000+</span>, depending on experience and qualifications.
