This is a dynamic leadership opportunity to work on a wide range of civil and aviation-related infrastructure projects at NC airports.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p>\n<p>As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of planning, design, and delivery of complex projects. You’ll play a key role in business development, project execution, and client relationship management—while also helping to mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of our North Carolina Aviation team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, design, and manage a variety of aviation and civil infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>Oversee stormwater, utility infrastructure, and pavement design and assessments</li>\n <li>Manage construction support services, including construction management and inspection</li>\n <li>Lead and coordinate large, multi-disciplinary design teams</li>\n <li>Prepare engineering plans, specifications, reports, and permit applications</li>\n <li>Analyze design alternatives, technical data, cost estimates, and project schedules</li>\n <li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards</li>\n <li>Maintain and grow client relationships with local and national aviation partners</li>\n <li>Support business development, including proposal preparation and client presentations</li>\n <li>Mentor and develop junior team members to promote technical excellence</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience, including at least 3 years in civil engineering project design</li>\n <li>North Carolina Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or ability to obtain within 6 months</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience managing aviation or transportation infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office suite</li>\n <li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to travel to client sites throughout the region</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working with Commercial Service and General Aviation Airports, NCDOA, NCDOT, FAA, and local permitting agencies</li>\n <li>Familiarity with civil engineering design, site development, and utility coordination</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D and related engineering software</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Why Join RS&H?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Join a team of employee owners dedicated to creating tomorrow, together.</li>\n <li>Be part of a nationally respected aviation team that values creativity and collaboration</li>\n <li>Work on impactful projects that shape airport infrastructure across the U.S.</li>\n <li>Contribute to a culture that promotes professional development, mentorship, and advancement</li>\n <li>Enjoy competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If this sounds like the role for you and you're ready to join an amazing team, please apply.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>An Equal Opportunity Employer.
