This individual will lead the design and implementation of the omnichannel roadmap, with a specific hands-on focus on to orchestrate complex customer experiences. This high-visibility role will partner closely with Brand Marketers, Commercial Operations, and IT to translate commercial vision into a functional reality, ensuring campaigns are data-informed, automated, and scalable.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">They will possess a &lsquo;roll up your sleeves, get things done&rsquo; mindset and recognize the opportunity for growth within a young and growing company, coming in laser-focused on in-role execution to capitalize on that opportunity.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Our office-based employees work on an onsite schedule of four days onsite (Monday - Thursday) and one day remote in Lexington, MA.
