And we will be better with you.</p><p>We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to manage and direct maintenance technicians to ensure the reliable operation of all production equipment, facilities, and utilities in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime, minimizing downtime, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety, safety, and sanitation compliance to support the Amboy facility.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Manage, lead, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians to complete maintenance work effectively and efficiently in the facility.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans for the facility. Schedule and manage daily maintenance work (PMs, work orders, etc.).</li><li>Oversee contractors/projects in conjunction with engineering team.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget to ensure the right materials are available when needed and spending falls within budget.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive improvements in equipment reliability through strong preventative maintenance practices, SOPs, and training of maintenance technicians/operators.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to create a culture that aligns with our food quality and employee safety standards.</li></ul><p><br><strong>What you’ll bring:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of relevant maintenance management experience.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on maintenance, operations, or engineering experience.
