At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Stationary HVAC Technician II is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Performs Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and ensure total customer satisfaction throughout.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC equipment.</li>\n <li>Performs maintenance of HVAC equipment such as atmospheric boiler, water cooled chiller.</li>\n <li>Energy recovery ventilator service, hydronic AHU & FCU service and repair.</li>\n <li>Establishes and maintains clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.</li>\n <li>Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.</li>\n <li>Promotes and performs all aspects of company safety procedures and policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>2-4 years HVAC experience</li>\n <li>Maintenance experience with chillers, boilers, pumps, AHU's and other equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to troubleshoot, possessing mechanical and diagnostic skills.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Licensed Technician or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.</li>\n <li>Holds an EPA Certification.</li>\n <li>OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5 % of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Operating machinery and/or power tools.</li>\n <li>Operating motor vehicles.</li>\n <li>Low indoor temperature.</li>\n <li>High indoor temperature.</li>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation, heat, cold, and/or wind.</li>\n <li>Noisy environment.</li>\n <li>Medium work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 50 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
