Checks names, numbers, statements, wording etc. on printed products.</li><li>Build boxes as necessary. Places order in box, inserts any necessary flyers and places correct mailing label on box and seals the box.&#xa0;</li><li>Scans boxed order into system, either FedEx, UPS or USPS. &#xa0;Prints out label from computer.&#xa0;</li><li>Matches printout label to boxed label to ensure correctness and places the labeled box onto pallet.</li><li>Prepare skids of product for shipment according to customer requirements and load trucks for distribution.&#xa0;</li><li>Coordinate with truck line brokers to set up truckload and LTL shipments and prepare all applicable paperwork.</li><li>Processes international mail and all necessary paperwork.</li><li>Cleans and restocks workstation as necessary. Other duties as assigned.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><u><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</strong></u></p><ul><li>Strong proofreading skills.</li><li>Understanding shipping regulations, including international shipping requirements if applicable.</li><li>Awareness of best practices for packaging products to ensure safe transit.</li><li>Ability to accurately assemble, address, verify, and record product and shipping information.</li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in using computers and software for tracking shipments and managing inventory.</li><li>Basic math skills for weighing packages, calculating shipping costs, and managing inventory counts.</li><li>Ability to lift and move packages.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the shipping process.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members and addressing customer inquiries.</li><li>Above average reading comprehension</li></ul><p><u><strong>Experience</strong></u></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment is beneficial.</li><li>Previous experience operating pallet jacks</li><li>Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure accuracy in printed components.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Decision Making</strong></u></p><ul><li>Coordination of jobs throughout the department, with efficiency and prioritization in mind. Be able to explain the “why” if ask a question. Act quickly in relation to workflow processes, to ensure proper work is being completed in a timely fashion. Be able to change direction quickly based on business needs and take appropriate action.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Communication and Contacts</strong></u></p><ul><li>Establish and build a strong relationship with various carriers to facilitate the handling of issues (pickups problems/issues)</li><li>Position constantly interacts with others from work unit sharing data and/or information.</li><li>Communication is with other workers, the plant manager and team leader.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></u></p><ul><li>Include bending, walking, standing and kneeling 8-10 hours a day and lifting up to 20 lbs+ on occasion.</li></ul>",
