    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Internal Opportunity: Casual Despatch Operator</span><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location: Kaitaia Mills</span></p>\n<p>We’re looking for expressions of interest from anyone thinking about retiring or stepping away from full-time work, but keen to stay connected with JNL on a casual basis.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This casual Despatch role will provide cover when the full time Despatch Operator is on leave and help keep things running smoothly in the despatch area.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll be doing</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keeping product flowing through despatch</li>\n<li>Dispatching the right goods onto the right trucks</li>\n<li>Booking trucks for deliveries</li>\n<li>Checking freight invoices against dockets</li>\n<li>Working with planners to align production and delivery</li>\n<li>Supporting stock counts and export shipments</li>\n<li>Helping maintain safe, tidy, and well-organised workspaces</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience (preferred):</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forklift experience (2+ years ideal)</li>\n<li>Experience in despatch or a similar role</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; attributes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good problem solving and organisation skills</li>\n<li>Strong communication and ability to build relationships</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities</li>\n<li>Focus on health &amp; safety, quality, and continuous improvement</li>\n<li>Comfortable using standard business systems (JDE experience a bonus)</li>\n<li>Reliable, resilient, and team-focused</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why this role?</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible, casual work</li>\n<li>Stay connected with the team</li>\n<li>A great way to gain experience and maintain your skill level</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you’re interested, but want to know more, please contact Justine Purchase or apply now online.  Applications close on Friday 5th June 2026.<span style=\"color: rgb(53, 152, 219); font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>",
