The person should preferably have worked as a Backend Developer in any Software Product development organization.</p>\n<p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>As a backend developer, the candidate will participate in the design / development / customization and maintenance of software applications.</li>\n <li>The candidate will also be maintaining a close working relationship with the other application stakeholders. Work closely with tech (backend, web), product, design, and customer teams to rapidly develop and ship features to production, through 2-3 week sprints</li>\n <li>Experience of developing secured and high-performance backend solution(s)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of software development life-cycle methodologies e.g. Iterative, Waterfall, Agile, etc.</li>\n <li>Produce well-designed, testable, efficient, and fully functional code</li>\n <li>Build features &amp; API integrations that easily scale to millions of users</li>\n <li>Design database schema that allows read/ write operations at the scale of billions of rows per table</li>\n <li>Design and build RESTful APIs to be used in a front-end web app</li>\n <li>Optimize code &amp; database queries to maintain strict performance constraints.</li>\n <li>Participating in troubleshooting application issues.</li>\n <li>Jointly working with other teams and partners handling different aspects of the platform creation.</li>\n <li>Tracking advancements in software development technologies and applying them judiciously in the solution roadmap.</li>\n <li>Ensuring all quality controls and processes are adhered to.</li>\n <li>Planning the major and minor releases of the solution.</li>\n <li>Ensuring robust configuration management.</li>\n <li>Working closely with the Engineering Manager on different aspects of product lifecycle management.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate the ability to independently work in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and efficient time management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:18pt\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience of developing secured and high-performance web application(s).</li>\n <li>5-7 Years experience in Backend development.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of software development life-cycle <strong>methodologies e.g. Iterative, Waterfall, Agile, etc.</strong></li>\n <li>Experience in Microsoft <strong>.NET Core / 6.0 / 7.0 framework.</strong></li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of Microsoft ASP.Net, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET API, C#</li>\n <li>Experience building robust <strong>REST API endpoints and a sound understanding of backend concepts.</strong></li>\n <li>Good knowledge of relational database technologies <strong>such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MYSQL</strong></li>\n <li>Good in <strong>nosql database like mongo db etc.</strong></li>\n <li>Sound knowledge and hands on design principles.</li>\n <li>Experience on <strong>OOPS, Design Pattern and n-tier architecture application</strong>.</li>\n <li>Good in <strong>TDD, DDD, FDD and BDD</strong></li>\n <li>Good in writing unit testcase <strong>using Xunit / Nunit</strong></li>\n <li>A high bar for writing clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code.</li>\n <li>Should have knowledge of ORM, API Gateway, API management.</li>\n <li>Knowledge and experience on working cloud services integration</li>\n <li>Experience of programming in LINQ (Language Integrated Query) and Lambda expression</li>\n <li>Experience of code review and code refactoring with best industry practices.</li>\n <li>Must have basic knowledge of integrating applications with single sign-on services (e.g.: Active directory/LDAP authentication/SSO)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification(s):</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent</li>\n</ul>",
