Apply now and you can join some of the best technical people in the world and work on projects you can be proud of!&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>As&nbsp;the&nbsp;Construction Manager&nbsp;you&nbsp;will lead&nbsp;teams&nbsp;of&nbsp;dedicated&nbsp;professionals and technicians.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Oversight, supervision and coaching of the site inspector(s) for assigned projects and administration of the construction contract.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Observing and reviewing projects during construction, monitoring conformance with plans, specifications, and other codes and regulations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitoring the progress of construction activities, ensuring cost,&nbsp;schedule,&nbsp;and quality standards are met.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Reviews requests for payment draws from&nbsp;contractors&nbsp;and prepares payment certifications to the project owner&nbsp;in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communicates with and makes recommendations to the Project Manager, Client and design team to resolve site issues.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead commissioning activities on&nbsp;water and&nbsp;wastewater treatment projects.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>You mentor and&nbsp;guide&nbsp;junior&nbsp;staff&nbsp;and&nbsp;site inspectors on construction and commissioning activities.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>You&nbsp;are responsible for&nbsp;Contract Administration that include, among others,&nbsp;submittal&nbsp;review&nbsp;as applicable, RFI, RFQ, Site Instructions,&nbsp;Change&nbsp;directives, Change Orders, Review of quotes&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead&nbsp;and manage the construction of projects&nbsp;</li>\n <li>You develop&nbsp;construction&nbsp;management plans for projects&nbsp;and establish&nbsp;goals and objectives for unique and complex projects.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>You are responsible for successfully establishing projects to achieve budget, schedule, and contractual obligations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>You conduct and/or coordinate quality assurance and quality control on&nbsp;assigned projects and facilitate independent technical review projects by others.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>You research and understand issues related to regulatory and other drivers that&nbsp;impact&nbsp;individual projects&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participate in&nbsp;proposals,&nbsp;including&nbsp;the development&nbsp;of the&nbsp;construction management&nbsp;scope and level of effort of comparable size.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
