This role supports senior cybersecurity leadership initiatives through advanced cyber data analytics, strategic reporting, and enterprise-level coordination efforts focused on cyber reform, Zero Trust implementation, and user activity monitoring capabilities.</p><p data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"1064\">The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills who can transform complex cybersecurity and operational data into actionable insights for executive leadership and enterprise decision-making.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"18w7bso\" data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1089\">Key Responsibilities</h2><ul data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"2369\"><li data-section-id=\"uirnqn\" data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1215\">Support the DoW CIO User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Program through cyber data analysis and strategic reporting initiatives</li><li data-section-id=\"1qd8np7\" data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1337\">Analyze cyber data, metrics, and operational trends to provide actionable recommendations and enterprise-level insights</li><li data-section-id=\"f1stqr\" data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1481\">Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and strategy documents related to cybersecurity operations and reform initiatives</li><li data-section-id=\"1psvci4\" data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1600\">Support advancement and
