Your role will involve leading project teams, ensuring safety protocols and delivering quality results within project timelines.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bring your diverse ideas to build stronger, more resilient communities.​  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us. </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervises tasks across multiple projects or mega projects, collaborating with superintendents, field engineers, and estimators to ensure adherence to contract drawings and specifications. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Plans work methods, materials, equipment needs, and schedules, updating them based on project feedback. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Forecasts work schedules, identifying and mitigating potential production issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reviews project specifications and coordinates with crews and utility companies to identify hazardous areas. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Presents production work plans in initial meetings to align project crews and leaders. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates with teams to ensure proper equipment and materials are available within budget and schedule. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides technical input to resolve project risks and documents daily activities and meetings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Promotes strict adherence to safety and process controls, supervises sub-contractors, and oversees project close-out activities. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>17+ years of heavy civil construction experience required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>12+ years management experience in construction required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree a plus.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven ability to handle complex construction projects using strong organization and multi-tasking skills.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven ability to manage difficult schedules and project demands while maintaining strict adherence to project safety program. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Developed expertise in a specialized construction type.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills required.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong leadership capability with internal drive to mentor and grow internal talent.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of construction site equipment operation and maintenance requirements.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of construction site safety protocols and proven ability to enforce project safety programs.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of local union or prevailing wage rules.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standards and contract specific plans and specifications. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics, and fundamentals geometry.
