KidsTLC is GROWING and looking for energetic and professional candidates to become Facilitators. Facilitators are mental health technicians/RBTs who work directly with clients and implement clinical programming under the supervision of a certified mental health professional and BCBA.
Responsibilities
Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate the effective daily care and activities of clients on the assigned Unit, including transportation, as directed.
Work with agency leaders, therapists, and others to ensure a working knowledge of the treatment plan of each client, maintaining confidentiality.
Learn, implement, and utilize teaching models (P.A.C.E.) and the agency philosophy (KidsTLC Constitution) to integrate and create a positive learning environment.
Respond to crisis and conflict in a timely manner with confidence, care and professionalism and report to leaders, as required.
Maintain and follow documentation and recordkeeping of clients and ensure quality standards and HIPAA obligations are met.
Be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, leadership is valued and diversity is respected.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
College credit hours in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited college, preferred.
Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Experience working with children in a residential, educational, or clinical environment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust, confidence, and mutual respect.
Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
