Then, this position is for you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KidsTLC is GROWING and looking for energetic and professional candidates to become Facilitators. Facilitators are mental health technicians/RBTs who work directly with clients and implement clinical programming under the supervision of a certified mental health professional and BCBA.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate the effective daily care and activities of clients on the assigned Unit, including transportation, as directed.</li>\n <li>Work with agency leaders, therapists, and others to ensure a working knowledge of the treatment plan of each client, maintaining confidentiality.</li>\n <li>Learn, implement, and utilize teaching models (P.A.C.E.) and the agency philosophy (KidsTLC Constitution) to integrate and create a positive learning environment.</li>\n <li>Respond to crisis and conflict in a timely manner with confidence, care and professionalism and report to leaders, as required.</li>\n <li>Maintain and follow documentation and recordkeeping of clients and ensure quality standards and HIPAA obligations are met.</li>\n <li>Be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, leadership is valued and diversity is respected. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>College credit hours in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited college, preferred. </li>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.</li>\n <li>Experience working with children in a residential, educational, or clinical environment preferred.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish trust, confidence, and mutual respect.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We appreciate your suggestions or referrals to professionals who may have an interest in this outstanding opportunity.</p>\n<p><strong>Direct all inquiries to:   Adrian Rucker, Assistant Director of Work Force Management</strong></p>\n<p><strong>913-324-3671 | </strong>[email protected]</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>OMNI and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers. </em></p>\n<p> </p>",
