This position is Full Time with primarily day shift hours 7:30am to 4pm Monday to Friday however snow removal may require flexibility of schedule. Responds to urgent requests from staff and residents in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Performs routine preventive maintenance and inspection tasks.</li>\n <li>Responds to pull cord and pendant activations or alarms and responds to all other emergency situations as required. Works with emergency responders to ensure the fastest possible response time to 911 calls.</li>\n <li>Performs custodial functions for common areas including public bathrooms, at all times that housekeeping is not on duty or unavailable.</li>\n <li>Participates in seasonal snow clean-up, cleaning and moving resident cars and performing other snow-related duties.</li>\n <li>Supports after-hour emergency requirements.
