Provide clerical support and process signed and unsigned orders, 485’s, and other key documents. Ensure documents are saved to the patient medical record.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education and experience, essential</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. </li>\n <li>Must have demonstrated experience in the use of a computer, including typing and clerical skills.</li>\n <li>Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Education and experience, preferred</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Six months experience in medical records in a health care office is highly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements*</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a valid state driver license</li>\n <li>Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law</li>\n <li>Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions<em>* For employees located in Oregon, requirements related to driving are not applicable unless employee has a clinical license.</em></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Information</h2>\n<p><em>Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is an equal opportunity employer.
