    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><em>The Quality Process Engineer is responsible for solving issues/problems as well as monitoring and improving the quality process. They are responsible for implementing solutions under tight deadlines (8D, 5 Why&rsquo;s), and following up on engineering changes, process, and product changes in order to assist in timely PPAP submission to our&nbsp;customer.</em></p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Tasks:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Monitors, tests, and reports on the quality of products and processes,</li><li>Responsible for designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, and products,</li><li>Responsible for developing and implementing quality control systems and determining corrective actions,</li><li>Prepare reports, work with deadlines, and update quality standards.</li><li>Lead and manage the Quality Supervisors and hourly team members.</li><li>Responsible for all Quality Process activities including daily operation, customer interaction.</li><li>Implement and Audit corrective actions regarding quality issues.</li><li>Work with Customers, Program Management, Design, and plant to ensure smooth launch of all new programs.</li><li>Participates in product development to ensure Quality products are developed.</li><li>Ensure that Customer and Supplier quality issues are resolved using problem solving methods.</li><li>Other job duties are assigned as required.</li><li>Provides service at Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System, LLC plant; coordinate all the activities needed for the implementation of containment actions and process improvement activities.</li><li>Submit status reports on a Daily base.</li><li>Attend GCA meeting as customer required.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p><strong>Position Requirements and Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Education:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>5 years in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry</li><li>3 years&rsquo; experience as a Quality Engineer&nbsp;</li><li>Manage team of 30+ TM&rsquo;s&nbsp;</li><li>Must have at least 2 years of Supervisory experience</li></ul><p><strong>Software Skills Required:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications,</li><li>Experienced with ADP and SAP preferred,</li><li>Demonstrated skills in database maintenance and record keeping,</li><li>Knowledge of QMS systems</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills Required:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Core Tools (SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP).</li><li>5 Phases, Drill, Deep &amp; Wide, 8-D and/or other problem-solving tools.</li><li>Computer and software expertise.</li><li>GD&amp;T Drawing Interpretation.</li><li>Complex data analysis.</li><li>Ability to influence teams to achieve goals.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Competency Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><strong>Confidentiality</strong>:&nbsp;Adheres to the upmost confidentiality; particularly regarding handling employment/personal information.
