For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients. </p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>In this role you will: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively participate in the tender/bid process--from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting </li>\n <li>Assist in drafting new commercial, variations and contractual correspondence </li>\n <li>Manage the Contract and Purchase Order approvals process and take ownership of tracking and communication of approvals to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the process is facilitated efficiently and effectively</li>\n <li>Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your team </li>\n <li>Manage contract lifecycle, coordinate payments to ensure payment with contract payment terms and assist in reporting of key contract metrics </li>\n <li>Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We would love to hear from you if you: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have successfully supported projects in a commercial or commercial role in a complex construction or development environment, ideally in data centre sector</li>\n <li>Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects </li>\n <li>Have a degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline </li>\n <li>Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing </li>\n <li>Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines </li>\n <li>Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun</li>\n</ul>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-LJ1</p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
