      "content": "\n<li>Collect and organize samples generated by other groups (process, quality, manufacturing)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Track necessary tests to drive short turnaround times internally and externally&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Generate and maintain standard operation procedures for metrology operations&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Communicate status updates with key stakeholders&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ship and receive samples as necessary to complete testing requirements&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Perform sample preparation (EDM, chiseling, epoxy puck preparation, etc.)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Collect sample measurements and perform testing (microscopy, profilometry, x-ray inspection, powder test stand, etc.)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot laboratory equipment, perform necessary maintenance for equipment, and coordinate with manufacturers to make necessary repairs&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Participate in team and other assigned meetings&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Other duties as needed or required</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>High School Diploma and at least 2 years of applicable experience with a demonstrated track record of success.</li>\n<li>High commitment to contribute to a positive, high paced and results-oriented work environment&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong sense of ownership to ensure quality data is collected in a timely manner and any/all issues are quickly escalated&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in a troubleshooting/experimental setting&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Good computer skills to enter data and record information&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Good mechanical aptitude (basic machine operations, monitoring, debugging)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to organize workflows and track external vendor status&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Committed to quality, safety, and communication&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to initiate conversations that may lead to topical disagreement&nbsp;</li>\n<li>High level of accountability, including the ability to give and receive feedback&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Skilled in communicating, both verbal and written, on experimental and other results&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Attention to detail&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Team-oriented and self-directed</li>\n<li>Start up experience is a plus.</li>\n"
