Description

SUMMARY: This is the entry-level production category for hourly employees. It covers all job tasks associated with the production process that are below Hourly Production Grade Examples of job task in category G-1 include, but not limited too, Wizard, Inspection, Skinner, Box Makers, Product Packers and Stackers, Bulk Packers, IQF Spreaders, PC / HD Lines and Mega Jet lines. Qualifications: · Experience is not required, but is preferred · Reliable and dependable; will be at work when scheduled to work. Available to work any shift. · Positions involve standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 70 lbs., bending, stooping, reaching and grasping. · Environment: cold (40 to 45 degrees), floors are wet. · Must follow all guidelines related to SSOP’s, GMP’s, PPE’s, etc. · Must follow all rules in line with the company handbook, including attendance, break times, etc. NOTE: This job specifications should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position. Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as may be required by their supervisor.
