In this role, you will analyze complex business problems, design strategic IT solutions, and ensure our systems align with long-term business goals. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing advanced mentorship to junior staff.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Preferred Job Skills:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">System Analysis &amp; A testing of new software and or upgrades to existing software.</li>\n<li>Provide Help Desk Support.</li>\n<li>Assist in the gathering and organization of statistical information as directed by Department Managers.</li>\n<li>Assist in problem definition and problem solving, by properly analyzing the issue and providing documentation and potential solutions.</li>\n<li>Assist in the maintenance and issuing of software licenses.</li>\n<li>Follow the sector’s developments and recommend new MIS solutions or practices to improve efficiency and productivity.</li>\n<li>Up to 40% travel may be required.</li>\n<li>Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed by the Department Head.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Additional Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the implementation of Autodesk Build throughout Ace Electric, Inc.\n<ul>\n<li>Curate job templates across various divisions in collaboration with division champions</li>\n<li>Work with division champions to improve and expand their usage and adoption of Autodesk Build</li>\n<li>Stay on top of new developments to the software</li>\n<li>Train both office and field personnel on the effective use of Autodesk Build</li>\n<li>Consistent engagement with both the division administrators as well as individuals on project sites</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Oversee the implementation of Oracle Primavera Cloud throughout Ace Electric, Inc.\n<ul>\n<li>Work with Division product champions to ensure adoption &amp; improvement to processes.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Ensure uniformity and standardization while recognizing when customization is appropriate.</li>\n<li>Facilitate buy-in from employees by demonstrating the software’s benefits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Position Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>License: Valid state driver's license as required by job conditions or by the company.</li>\n<li>Education: High School Graduate/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in business management preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred.
