You'll build and scale creator programs, grow strategic creator relationships and ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial impact.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This is a cross-functional role serving the full Speaky creator community and all TikTok Affiliate Program (TAP) campaign clients across the Commerce workstream, while in time also supporting UGC services for existing Content &amp; Creator clients. This role reports to the Head of Creator Campaigns and manages the  Affiliate Campaign Manager(s), while working closely with stakeholders across the Commerce and TikTok Shop teams, creators, sellers and brand partners.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Owning and growing the Speaky creator community; supply, onboarding and retention at scale</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Building and running the affiliate program: commission structure, tooling, creator earning model</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Leading key creator outreach and onboarding, both automated batch and manual high-value relationships</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Driving TikTok Shop campaign activation: matching creators to campaigns, managing delivery, hits GMV targets</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Building Speaky Academy: developing and maintaining the creator education program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Managing and mentoring Affiliate Campaign Manager(s) </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborating with the Commerce team on monetisation flows, seller relationships and TAP campaign delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of experience in building and managing a creator / UGC or affiliate community at scale</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience setting up affiliate programs, commission models, tooling, performance tracking</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Deep understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics: affiliate, GMV, creator earning flows</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with creator community platforms (Discord, Whop, Growi or equivalent)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven ability to recruit and build relationships with creators</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong commercial mindset: can motivate creators around earnings, not just content</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with tools like Claude, ChatGPT and CreatorIQ </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fluent in English is a must and</span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
