This role is responsible for leading field execution activities during the construction phase, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery in challenging remote environments.</span></p><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\">The successful candidate will be a hands-on field leader with strong civil, structural, and modular construction experience. Experience working in remote or camp-based environments is a strong asset.</span></p><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 115%;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Construction Supervision &amp; Field Execution</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Lead and supervise all site construction activities for remote water treatment and infrastructure projects.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Execute construction work in accordance with issued-for-construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project procedures.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Monitor daily progress, manpower productivity, and work quality.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Identify constructability issues, field conflicts, and schedule risks early, and work collaboratively to develop practical solutions.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Provide leadership and mentorship to crews while maintaining a positive, accountable site culture.</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Civil, Structural &amp; Modular Works Oversight</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Oversee civil works including excavation, grading, trenching, concrete, foundations, underground utilities, and site development.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Support installation and integration of modular buildings, structural systems, and mechanical support infrastructure.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Coordinate construction activities around engineered designs and third-party consultant requirements.</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Coordination &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Coordinate daily execution activities between subcontractors, vendors, client representatives, engineering teams, and project management.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Maintain strong communication between field crews, engineering, logistics, and project stakeholders.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Support remote logistics planning including material coordination, equipment utilization, and workforce management.</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Safety, Quality &amp; Compliance</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with client, company, and regulatory requirements.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Conduct daily safety meetings, field hazard assessments, inspections, and incident prevention activities.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Support quality control, deficiency resolution, commissioning assistance, and turnover activities.</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\"><strong>Equipment &amp; Site Support</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Operate equipment as required to support execution and changing site conditions, including skid steer, telehandler, and aerial work platforms.</span></li></ul><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\" style=\"font-size: 14pt;
