This role is responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of ServiceNow solutions across various modules and implementations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, testing methodologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, design, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. </li>\n<li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across ServiceNow modules. </li>\n<li>Validate platform configurations, workflows, automations, and customizations against business and technical requirements. </li>\n<li>Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution using defect management tools. </li>\n<li>Collaborate with developers and technical consultants to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve defects. </li>\n<li>Support UAT by coordinating with business stakeholders and end users. </li>\n<li>Validate integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems including REST API connectivity. </li>\n<li>Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. </li>\n<li>Maintain detailed test documentation including test scripts, test results, and defect logs. </li>\n<li>Ensure testing activities align with ITIL best practices and ServiceNow development standards. </li>\n<li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing frameworks, processes, and documentation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow implementations across one or more modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or similar). </li>\n<li>Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals including workflows, business rules, and service catalog. </li>\n<li>Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. </li>\n<li>Ability to write and execute detailed test cases and test scripts based on functional requirements. </li>\n<li>Experience with defect management and defect lifecycle processes. </li>\n<li>Understanding of REST API testing and integration validation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Technical Skillset </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with Flow Designer, workflows, and automation logic in the context of testing. </li>\n<li>Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management processes. </li>\n<li>Experience with both manual and automated testing approaches. </li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Experience </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience testing ServiceNow in enterprise or regulated industry environments (e.g., healthcare, finance). </li>\n<li>Exposure to automated testing frameworks within ServiceNow such as Automated Test Framework (ATF). </li>\n<li>Multi-module ServiceNow testing experience across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, SAM, or FSM. </li>\n<li>Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams. </li>\n<li>Experience working within matrixed or large-scale consulting delivery organisations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Certifications </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) </li>\n<li>ISTQB Foundation Level or higher </li>\n<li>ITIL Foundation certification </li>\n<li>Any ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus </li>\n</ul>",
