Our cutaneous oncology program is comprised of extensive dedicated disease teams that drive translational research at COH National Cancer Institute with many open trials. %0A The Opportunity %0A City of Hope has launched a national search for a Cutaneous Oncology Enterprise Leader (Physician) who will develop and provide enterprise leadership to an enterprise-wide cutaneous oncology program in clinical, research, and educational areas. The Cutaneous Oncology Enterprise Leader will be a highly regarded physician scientist with a collaborative, team-based leadership style, and the ability to leverage and grow the current program to become a nationally recognized cutaneous oncology program . He/she must also be operationally savvy, with the business acumen and cultural sensitivity to lead within a complex, matrixed environment having direct reporting to their respective specialty chair and working collaboratively with leaders across disciplines. The leader must possess a breadth of skills, including demonstrated ability to drive research productivity; deep knowledge of clinical practice; a strong commitment to training and career development faculty and trainees; and demonstrated leadership and administrative ability in the clinical enterprise. %0A There are specific priorities that COH seeks from the Executive to deliver with an overall objective of elevating the cutaneous oncology program nationally.
