With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist supervisors maintaining team loadboards.</li>\n <li>Provide loadboard reporting to supervisors and management, incorporating into OPEX tools\n  <ul>\n   <li>Weekly loadboard updates for resource tasks</li>\n   <li>Weekly budget updates for each task per resource (spent/remaining per task)</li>\n   <li>Monthly resource forecast summary</li>\n   <li>Risks or resource cliffs</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Support schedule development for proposals and include this forecast in team loadboards for all medium and high probability proposals – support a resource demand extending 12-24 months</li>\n <li>Collaborate with project engineers (PE’s) in maintaining resource loaded schedules for engineering projects and analyzing project performance\n  <ul>\n   <li>On track / minor issues / major concerns</li>\n   <li>Notable changes – schedule slips and project moves</li>\n   <li>Team utilization</li>\n   <li>Project schedule health reports</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Collaborate with engineering leadership in forecasting workload and staffing needs / forecasts to support hiring plans; completes analyses and advises of future challenges (e.g. excessive demands, cliffs, or demand in new skill sets)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in a related field</li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.</li>\n <li>Strong proficiency in MS Project Professional.</li>\n <li>Experience working with OnePlan Work Plan Board.</li>\n <li>Understanding of planning and scheduling concepts.  </li>\n <li>Basic comprehension of nuclear power plant systems, components and interrelated activities.  </li>\n <li>Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.  </li>\n <li>Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.  </li>\n <li>Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.  </li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.  </li>\n <li>Ability to adjust schedules based on changing priorities.  </li>\n <li>Awareness of internal and external stakeholders to ensure complete work package inputs and definition.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>Total Rewards Package          </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary: </strong>$66,000-$86,000<strong> </strong>and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
