    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We have an opportunity to impact your career and provide an adventure where you can push the limits of what's possible.</p><p>As a Lead Software Engineer-Full Stack/Spring Boot/React at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer and Community Banking's Product Agility Team, you&nbsp;will be shaping the future of our Agile Enablement Tools platform - an API driven system of record that connects products, teams, leadership, and financial insights across the company. &nbsp;You'll lead development with Java, React and LLM-powered services to deliver scalable solutions that drive product based planning and decision making across the enterprise.</p><p><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Write high - quality, scalable code in Java and React, modeling best practices in design, testing, and maintainability</li><li>Review code, pair programming and coaching to uplift overall team coding quality</li><li>Break down product requirements into well-structured technical user stories, giving team clarity and technical direction</li><li>Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems</li><li>Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and documentation practices that improve overall quality</li><li>Mentor and help junior engineers grow into strong contributors</li><li>Communicate and partner effectively with Product Managers and Leadership</li><li>Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test strategy acceleration, incident/root-cause analysis support), while establishing consistent validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the team</li><li>Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience</li><li>Proven <strong>Full Stack&nbsp;</strong>expertise in <strong>Java</strong> and <strong>Spring Boot</strong>, including designing and developing robust backend APIs, implementing RESTful web services, integrating with databases, and building responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks. Skilled in end-to-end application development, deployment, and troubleshooting across the entire technology stack</li><li>Experience with <strong>React</strong> in building scalable applications, including designing and developing dynamic user interfaces, managing state with tools such as Redux or Context API, optimizing component performance, and integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services to deliver responsive and maintainable web application</li><li>Hands-on experience serving as Tech Lead or senior engineer <strong>driving technical direction</strong>.</li><li>Demonstrated hands-on experience with <strong>AWS&nbsp;</strong>services to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions, including configuring resources, implementing security best practices, and optimizing performance for scalable and reliable applications</li><li>Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability</li><li>Advanced knowledge in one or more programming language(s)</li><li>Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods including designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to streamline software deployment, improve reliability, and accelerate delivery cycles</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security</li><li>Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; experience coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption within delivery practices</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Prior experience working in financial services industry</li><li>Experience applying <strong>LLMs&nbsp;</strong>to real worlds product is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security</li><li>hands-on experience using Terraform to provision, manage, and automate cloud infrastructure, including writing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code, troubleshooting deployment issues, and optimizing resource configurations for scalability and reliability.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
