Experimental Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Perform a range of molecular biology and genomics techniques including:<ul><li>Biological tissue and blood sample handling</li><li>DNA/RNA extraction and quantification</li><li>Gel electrophoresis, PCR/qPCR, and NGS library preparation</li><li>Sequencing on Illumina, Ultima, PacBio, or 10x Genomics platforms</li><li>Single-cell assay setup and proteomics sample preparation</li></ul></li><li>Operate computer-based laboratory systems (e.g., LIMS, instrument software) and record data with accuracy.</li><li>Maintain consistent sample tracking, labeling, and data integrity across projects.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>2.
