    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a skilled <strong><em>Fire Alarm Installers, Technicians and Foreman</em></strong> to join our team. In this role you will need to be familiar with the equipment, installation, and commissioning of low voltage systems and have at least journeyman level installation and troubleshooting experience.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Installation of fire life safety and other low voltage systems in medium and large commercial buildings.</li>\n <li>Foreman will layout and provide direction to CSI installers on site as well as coordinate and communicate with the Project Manager to efficiently complete the project on time and on budget.</li>\n <li>Technicians shall have the ability to program or are experienced with programing low voltage systems including fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security, or CCTV.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the execution of the installation project plan provided including equipment delivery, trouble shooting, commissioning as well as interface with other trades to successfully complete projects while exceeding customer's expectations.</li>\n <li>Resolve field problems through research of multiple alternatives.</li>\n <li>Foreman and Technicians, meet with code officials to arrange for building permits, code issues and to discuss the intended wiring and installation methods being used.</li>\n <li>Foreman and Technicians, coordinate the project activities with other trades at the work locations to optimize installation time.</li>\n <li>Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners.</li>\n <li>Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.</li>\n <li>Identify out of scope requests by the contractor or customer and notify management of pending changes.</li>\n <li>Identify and assist with suggested solutions for an efficient installation to complete scope.</li>\n <li>Foreman and Technicians, assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate project status to management.</li>\n <li>Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required.</li>\n <li>Industry related NICET Certification is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li>\n <li>Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in the use and application of industry related equipment including MS Office.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.</li>\n <li>Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing a ladder, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 60 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.</li>\n <li>Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools as required and lifting to 75lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You’ll Benefit from:</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Unlimited Growth Opportunity</strong>: With a constantly expanding range of products and vertical markets, we consistently experience double-digit growth, creating new avenues for advancement and promotion within our company. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Comprehensive Benefits Package</strong>: Our benefits package is here to support you and your well-being.
