    "description_html": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The <strong>Forklift Technician</strong> is responsible for performing routine maintenance on industrial equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers and golf carts.</p><p><br><strong>Key Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain industrial mobile equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot equipment failures, including root cause analysis. Including research of potential warranty, rework and continuously repetitive repairs using historical equipment data available through Field Connect service platform.</li><li>Complete all repairs of equipment in a timely manner and by the manufacturer’s repair guidelines.</li><li>Judgment and Decision Making - Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate course of action.</li><li>Inspecting Equipment - Perform audits on equipment audits per the PM Planning tools schedule in Field Connect service platform.</li><li>Communications - Provide information to supervisor, co-workers, and subordinates by phone, in writing, e-mail, or in person.</li><li>Timely and accurate completion of all work orders and service records per the Concentric time standard.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely entry of work hours in Paylocity time keeping platform.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>At Concentric we believe that <u><strong>Our People</strong></u> are what make us great and help us deliver exceptional customer service!
