font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Your responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Full ownership of accounting and month/year-end closings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Preparation and supervision of statutory and management reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Responsibility for VAT, CIT and other tax compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensuring accounting correctness, reconciliations and proper documentation flow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Working closely with auditors, tax advisors and external institutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Improving financial processes, controls and reporting quality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Supporting practical automation and process improvements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">We expect from you </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong practical experience as Chief Accountant or senior finance lead (5+ years).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Understanding of Polish accounting and tax regulations very well.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Being organized, reliable and proactive.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Direct and clear communication.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ownership and personally driving topics to completion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
