          "text": "<p>The Facilities Maintenance Mechanic performs a wide variety of facilities maintenance, operates, and repairs facilities equipment, and provides support for all production areas and support groups.&#xa0; Assignments may be in ventilation, air conditioning, specialty gases, hazmat support, electrical/electronics, with new and existing projects.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Performs routine tasks in support of plant maintenance in areas assigned.&#xa0; Works with other mechanics to obtain desired results.</li><li>Performs routine preventative maintenance tasks with detailed instructions under close supervision.</li><li>Change filters, bearings on HVAC equipment. Replace large motors and pumps as needed.</li><li>Obtain and record systems readings and equipment operating conditions.</li><li>Performs housekeeping tasks within the maintenance area and maintains a safe working environment.</li><li>Maintains material inventories and spare parts areas.</li><li>Provides support for other mechanics (i.e., set up for equipment maintenance operations), provides labor as directed.</li><li>Good communication and record-keeping skills.</li></ul>",
