This includes responsibility for personnel development, assigned patient treatments, and customer and staff satisfaction.  The Regional Clinical Supervisor typically reports to the designated Vice President of Operations over that region.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a licensed therapist in the state(s) of practice.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Medicare and MDS rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of staff/personnel management.</li>\n <li>Experience with the geriatric population in long term care.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel between sites.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior management experience in long term care setting preferred.</li>\n <li>Good organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to develop positive working relationships.</li>\n <li>Exceptional oral and written communication.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Key Rehab is an equal opportunity employer/service provider. </em></p>",
