    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%;\">The Administrative Nursing Supervisor (ANS) is responsible for coordinating and facilitating patient care and optimizing patient flow within the hospital. The ANS is a resource to patient care staff for problem-solving care issues, utilization of resources, and policy/procedure interpretation during assigned shifts. This position helps and facilitates efforts of personnel from all departments in providing patient care services. The ANS collaborates with charge RNs in resource utilization.
