We are looking for an eager and motivated Senior People Consultant to join our team on a fixed term basis to provide continued support during a team leave.<br><br>The team works directly with leaders and employees to provide performance coaching, guidance on policies and procedures and support through sophisticated scenarios. We serve as trusted advisors to the business, regularly partnering across various teams to develop policies/processes, and using data and insights to drive decision making. This position offers an experienced HR generalist with an outstanding opportunity to develop and grow their capability within an exciting and high growth company.<br /><p><b>About the Role</b></p><br /><p><b>This role is for a 16 month Fixed Term Contract to provide ongoing PC support in Ireland</b></p><p>You will demonstrate a broad scope of knowledge and experience and contribute proactively to the development of goals and plans to improve performance, effectively set clear expectations, and to support both the employee and leaders in the pursuit of desired business outcomes.</p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Engage as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert to coach employees and managers on sensitive work-related issues related but not limited to conflict resolution, performance management, interpretation of company policy, and culture and values</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools, policies and procedures to maximize employee performance, achieve organizational efficiency, improve employee engagement, and ensure legal compliance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide support with country compliance requirements in selected countries, including Ireland</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to further support business objectives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner closely with the broader People &amp; Purpose team members to implement specific HR processes and policies to support country-specific requirements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with HR operations team members based in Dublin, Ireland and Pune, India to support employee and manager-generated requests</span></p></li><li><p><span>Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross-functional HR teams, working on or leading projects and programs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as the local, onsite liaison as needed for coordinating any urgent HR issues</span></p></li></ul><br /><p><b>About You</b></p><br /><p><b><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">Basic Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">5&#43; years of proven experience working in Employee Relations, HR generalist or HR business partner role</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">Demonstrated experience in ER Management within Ireland</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"color:!important\"></p><p style=\"color:!important\"><b><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">Other Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">Display the highest commitment to customer service and maintaining a best in class employee experience</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">Demonstrate effective influencing skills to provide resolution to complex and highly sensitive employee issues, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">Ability to work independently and be part of an international team environment while developing strong professional relationships with peers, managers, executives and cross-functional teams</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">Ability to use good judgment to problem tackle, make decisions and involve necessary individuals at the appropriate time</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">Sound knowledge in Ireland and ideally other EMEA countries labor law, policies and customs</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">Fluent English essential, with wider European language skills being desirable</span></p></li><li><p><span style=\"font-size:inherit\">Excellent communication skills</span></p></li></ul><br /><p><b>Workday Pay Transparency Statement (For EU Locations Only)</b></p><br /><p>Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need.
