This role reports to </span><span>the Vice President, Corporate Technology</span><span> at Litco LSO and involves hands-on management of vendors, projects, and teams to drive efficiency, standardization, and security across </span><span>jurisdictions</span><span> as new firms are onboarded into our environment.</span></span><span> <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Oversee IT infrastructure including networks, servers, Azure services, Active Directory/Entra ID, backup and recovery platforms, and Microsoft 365 tenant administration for Canadian and U.S. offices.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Administer and </span><span>optimize</span><span> Litco LSO’s core tool stack: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Azure, </span><span>Filevine</span><span>, Sage Intacct, Sophos</span><span>, and related integrations.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Contribute to </span><span>IT due diligence and technical integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, assessing incoming firms’ environments</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>E</span><span>xecute</span><span> </span><span>integration</span><span> roadmaps for each new firm, including identity, email, document management, line-of-business applications, networks, security tools, and end-user devices.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage endpoint protection and security using Sophos and other security tools, including configuration, monitoring, and incident response.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage procurement, asset tracking, hardware/software licensing, vendor relationships, and IT spend across multiple firms and regions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead cybersecurity initiatives: MFA, encryption, endpoint protection, security monitoring, penetration test remediation, and ongoing security awareness training.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure compliance with applicable privacy, data residency, and professional obligations in Canada and the United States, collaborating with leadership and external partners as needed.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Own the IT service desk function, including incident, request, and change management, onboarding/offboarding, and escalations</span><span>—especially during new firm integrations</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop, </span><span>maintain</span><span>, and enforce IT policies, SOPs, disaster recovery plans, and documentation</span><span> that scale as new firms are </span><span>acquired</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span><br>Required Qualifications</span></span></span><span> </span><span><br></span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, including: </span></span>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Azure and Azure AD/Entra ID and related security controls</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Windows Server and Windows desktop environments</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span><span>Hands-on experience managing and supporting:</span></span><span> </span>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Sage Intacct (in coordination with Finance)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Security tooling, particularly Sophos</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>One or more current Microsoft certifications.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrated experience supporting multi-site or multi-entity environments, ideally spanning both Canada and the United States.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience assisting with technical integrations for mergers, acquisitions, or major consolidations (e.g., tenant consolidations, system migrations, and standardization projects).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Solid understanding of information security best practices and frameworks;
