This role is <strong>primarily focused on financial accounting and financial reporting</strong>, with opportunities to support transaction-related, forensic, and advisory engagements.The role supports clients across a broad range of industries and requires strong technical accounting expertise, rigorous analytical skills, and the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights on complex accounting matters.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform <strong>financial accounting analyses</strong> including general ledger review, journal entries, account reconciliations, and evaluation of financial statements under U.S. GAAP</li>\n <li>Identify <strong>accounting issues, reporting risks, and control gaps</strong>, and assist in developing practical remediation recommendations</li>\n <li>Support <strong>month-end and year-end close processes</strong> as part of client advisory engagements</li>\n <li>Perform <strong>financial due diligence</strong> for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions, including quality of earnings and financial statement analysis</li>\n <li>Support <strong>forensic, fraud, and litigation-related engagements</strong> as needed, including documentation and analytical support</li>\n <li>Prepare clear, well-documented workpapers and client-ready deliverables</li>\n <li>Collaborate with engagement teams and participate in client meetings to present findings and recommendations</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field</li>\n <li>CPA required or CPA-eligible, with active progress</li>\n <li><strong>3+ years of professional services experience primarily focused on financial accounting</strong>, with additional exposure to due diligence, forensic accounting, fraud, or litigation support</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting</li>\n <li>Advanced Excel skills; data analytics experience a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $90,000 - $130,000 + Bonus programs</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>#LI-Hybrid</em></p>",
