The position requires a high level of ethical and professional conduct in technical and managerial activities.</span></p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size:12px\"><strong>Typical Duties and Responsibilities: </strong></span></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Provide&nbsp;expertise in complex engineering computations involving conventional engineering practices.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Responsible for engineering projects of varying size and complexity in field or office in accordance with plans and specifications.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Oversee&nbsp;the use of computer<u><ins>-</ins></u><s><del> </del></s>assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Is active in technical societies.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Publish&nbsp;engineering papers and/or articles.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Serve as a senior project manager or senior project engineer on complex projects and as a designated client contact.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Assist&nbsp;the Regional Manager in business&nbsp;development efforts.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Supervise&nbsp;and monitors client relationships strategies.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Successfully develops and maintains meaningful relationships with clients.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Is available to attend meetings or events outside of normal working hours.</span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:12px\">Supervise&nbsp;select group of employees and support staff.
