Come join Arcwood and be part of our legacy of environmental leadership!</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions & Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>Logistics Coordinator / 10-Day Coordinator (Facility Shipping)  </strong><strong></strong>As a Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining compliance at the 10-Day while coordinating inbound and outbound trailers to Company and third-party facilities.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times</li>\n <li>Maintains responsibility of 10-Day operations including moving, loading and offloading of trucks </li>\n <li>Manages both inbound and outbound trailers at the 10-Day facility </li>\n <li>Maximizes efficiency by ensuring the proper outbound weight of each truck (double stack, etc.) </li>\n <li>Maintains an inventory of supplies; loads supplies onto outbound trucks for customer pick-ups</li>\n <li>Builds loads based on the NPS route system </li>\n <li>Prepares customer shipping documents as needed </li>\n <li>Interfaces with internal MMS system and ensures accurate inventory and documentation</li>\n <li>Ensures proper placarding and labeling of all containers and trucks at the 10-Day</li>\n <li>Performs daily inspections and maintenance as well as distribution of the 10-Day tracking log</li>\n <li>Maintains responsibility for ensuring compliance at the 10-Day facility</li>\n <li>Supports Customer Experience representatives with customer phone calls, data entry, order entry, and maintaining updated customer files </li>\n <li>Supports Services with waste steam approvals and scheduling IM projects with disposal </li>\n <li>Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education </h2>- High school diploma or equivalent (required)\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of experience in warehouse shipping (required) </li>\n <li>2+ years of forklift experience (required) – this position involves loading and unloading trailers using a sit-down forklift</li>\n <li>DOJ/DEA Clearance (required) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity</h2>Arcwood offers stability you can count on and opportunities to grow.
